Yes. Buyers of restaurant reservations in New York City are charged a $1.50 processing fee to acquire a “free” reservation (one that is listed for $0). For purchases that are pre-paid, or have a deposit attached to them there is a 10% processing fee for the buyer with a minimum processing fee of $1.50.
The Wuw Wuw team monitors listings as they’re posted. We ask listers to upload a screenshot of their reservation or appointment confirmation to ensure legitimacy. Additionally, our platform has security features that restrict users from listing more than one restaurant reservations in New York City per day. Any account or IP address flagged as a scalper will be dealt with subject to Wuw Wuw’s discretion, which could result in an account suspension or a permanent ban from our platform.
